In-stock items ship within 5 business days.
Returns
Individual items can be returned within 30 days of the date you received the item as long as all products are in "like-new" condition (not showing signs of wear and use).
Refunds will take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the item and will be credited to the debit or credit card that was used for the purchase or a check will be issued if the original purchase was made by check or money order or other method.
We also honor any manufacturer's warranties if applicable and will assist you in returning or replacing such items.
Specials and sale items are not returnable unless defective.
You will be responsible for shipping charges on returns unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
If your product arrives damaged during shipping you should refuse to accept it and have the shipper return it to Basic Stuff 4 U. If you do receive damaged goods please save the item and the original packaging and contact Basic Stuff 4 U to arrange for return.
Returns of Convention products
Convention registration, merchandise, banners and other products must be inspected within 5 business days of receipt of products. If there are any defective or missing items please contact Basic Stuff 4 U immediately.
Protective packaging is included in all of our mug and ceramic product quotes. It is the committee's responsibility to inspect such products and to notify Basic Stuff 4 U by fax or email within 5 business days to arrange for reimbursement. If the committee elects not to use the protective packaging we may not be able to replace or refund for damages. |
